How To Connect Instagram and Facebook

Step-by-Step: Connecting Instagram & Facebook

1. Confirm your accounts are Business or Creator accounts

Zorevo posts through Meta's official APIs, which require your Facebook Page and Instagram account to be set to Business or Creator — not a personal profile. If you haven't already switched, you can do this in each app's account settings before continuing.

2. Go to business.facebook.com

Head to business.facebook.com and continue with either your Facebook or Instagram login.

3. Create a business portfolio

If you have a business portfolio already, skip to step 4.5

If not, in the top left dropdown menu, select Create a business portfolio.

4. Fill in your business/creator details

Enter the information for your business or creator account to finish setting up the portfolio.

4.5. Navigate to Settings

You may have to click Settings on the bottom left depending on if this business portfolio is new or not.

5. Connect your Facebook Page

Select the Pages tab and sign in to the Facebook account you'd like to post from with Zorevo.

6. Connect your Instagram account

Navigate to Instagram Accounts and sign in with the account you'd like to post from with Zorevo.

7. Finish up in Zorevo

Head back into the app at app.zorevo.io/accounts and click Connect Instagram or Connect Facebook. Sign in with the same sign in you used for the business.facebook.com, and you'll be brought right back to Zorevo, fully connected and ready to post.

That's it! Once both accounts are linked, every post you schedule in Zorevo can go out to Instagram and Facebook together or separately, no extra steps required.
